Returns & Exchanges
Returns are only accepted if the product arrives damaged. Please contact us on Instagram at @PitlaneJackets with clear photos within 3 days of delivery to resolve the issue.
If you wish to return or exchange a jacket after delivery for any other reason, a $15 reprocessing fee (per jacket) plus return shipping costs will apply.
Refunds & Cancellations
If you ordered by mistake or wish to cancel, you have 24 hours from the time of purchase to request a full refund.
Cancellations or refund requests made after 24 hours will incur a $15 restocking fee (per jakcet) plus a $5 shipping fee. This is because each order is reserved and processed promptly.
We encourage customers to review their order and read all important information before purchasing.
Order Changes
You may request changes to your order within 24 hours at no additional cost by emailing us at PitlaneJackets@gmail.com.
Changes requested after 24 hours will be subject to a $15 reprocessing fee (per jacket).
If you contact us within 24 hours but we respond after that period, we will still honor the free change policy.
Incorrect Address Policy
If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, a $15 reprocessing fee (per jacket) and a $5 reshipping fee will apply.
